(1) The meeting of the Council shall normally be held four times a year. But if the chairman wants, he can call the meeting more times.
(2) The meeting of the council shall be held at the time and place specified by the chairman.
(3) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the Council are present, the quorum for the meeting of the Council shall be considered.
(4) The meeting of the council shall be presided over by the chairman and in his absence by the vice-chairman. In the absence of both the chairman and vice-chairman, a person chosen by the members present in the meeting will chair the meeting (5) In the meeting of the Council, the opinion of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting may cast a decisive vote.
(6) The decision of the council will be certified by the member-secretary.
(7) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Council shall be as determined by the Council itself.
